@Lee-Camp
Has anyone discussed how all this legislation supporting Israel violates the oath of office?
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me, God.
I get that the political class is insufferable and corrupt; after all, they did not take Capone down for murder. Supporting legislation undermining the Constitution may be petty, perhaps a little guerilla lawfare?
The proposed bill S.4274 raises significant concerns regarding its compatibility with constitutional rights, particularly freedom of speech and due process. The bill may lead to placing individuals on the No Fly List based on their affiliations or expressions, especially in academic or protest settings. This policy poses a direct threat to First Amendment rights.
Furthermore, the listing criteria in this bill would violate due process rights under the Fourteenth Amendment, as each aspect conflicts with the principles of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. This legislation is a clear breach of the oath of office that every member of Congress swears to support and defend the Constitution.
S.4274 represents the naked fascism gripping the US. Government officials have enacted laws that undermine the freedoms enshrined in the documents intended to protect the US from tyranny.
Most terrifying, this bill denies US citizens their once inalienable rights to support, fund, and justify a foreign apartheid government’s campaign of genocide.
